Call Blocking

Call Blocking And What You Want To Know When It Comes Down To The Way Call Blocking Works.

When you are calling someone and do not wish for your phone number to be displayed, call blocking will allow for the other party to not see the phone number from which you are calling from. If you want to use call blocking it is easy to turn on and turn off on your mobile cell phone or on the land line phone that you have in your home. You should know though that a lot of people who have either phones either in their home or a cell phone have call blocking turned off so that you can not call someone who has call blocking turned off. When you want to call someone who has call blocking turned off, you will have to call from a number that does not allow incoming calls such as a payphone so that the person that you are calling is not able to return calls back to the phone number that you are calling from.

If you however, are calling someone who accepts call blocking numbers then there is a code that you can insert into your phone when dialing that will enable a private call number display to show up when the caller id shows up. If you want to send a message to someones cell phone and do not want to display the phone number that you are actually calling from or sending the message from, there is a number of websites that allows for a call blocking program to display someone else's cell phone or house number to show up when calling them. This is fairly simple to do when it comes to call blocking.

You will be able to visit the website and enter the phone number that you wish to send the message to or that you wish to call and then insert a number that you wish for the cell phone display to show as being the phone number of the person calling. call blocking is not as popular as it once was since most people do not want to accept private calls.
