Elliptical Exercise Works More Muscle Groups Than Any Other Exercise Machine.

There are many options available for those who are looking for a great cardio workout. Most gyms include a wide variety of machines on which to work out the cardiovascular system. Most elliptical exercise machines are equipped with a heart monitoring device to allow for maximum workout potential. Monitoring the heart during exercise allows the heart rate to control resistance settings. Elliptical machines have a variety of exercise programs. One can set the resistance levels to mimic hill climbing or interval workouts. Elliptical machines offer a well rounded, full body workout.
